​Luis Baraldi is one of the co-founders of Baral Group. Luis was in charge of all programming for DirecTV sports and then held the position of Vice President of Operations, Programming and Acquisitions at Pan American Sports Network (PSN). Luis has forged an excellent relationship base in Mexico and Latin America through his many dealings with TV stations, sports teams, sports leagues, and commercial clients. With his many years of experience in public relations, he is now one of the most well-known personalities in the Mexican sports world. He is an expert in media and sports promotions, and has been a consultant for major television networks the last 10 years. Luis was also a TV commentator for Television Azteca and a radio host for 15 years. Prior to that, Luis was a professional tennis player. He played for the Mexican Davis Cup Team for 10 years, and is a member of the Sports Hall of Fame of his alma mater, Lamar University.

​Alina is one of the co-founders of Baral Group. She was a TV announcer for Television Azteca, ESPN Deportes, Diario Fox Sports, Pan American Sports Network (PSN), and DirecTV for 20 years. Alina has run the operations of Baral Group for over 25 years, and is the president of the company. She has organized hundreds of sports events across Mexico and the United States, including tennis, soccer, and golf tournaments. She co-produced and co-created the Football Legends series, along with Reid Rafter, which has been seen by viewers all around the world. Alina is also an expert in the sports and media markets in Latin America and in the US Hispanic market. She was the editor in chief of two sports magazines in Mexico for 15 years, TenisSoloTenis and Los Comentaristas. In addition, Alina was a professional tennis player who played Federation Cup for Mexico.

Ricardo Baraldi has worked with Baral Group since 2005. He has worked as an editor, a producer, a reporter, a manager, and currently  works in Strategy and Business Development. Ricardo was one of the co-founders of the US office and helped start Baral's US operation in 2005. He has led the charges for many projects including the restructuring of Baral in 2009, the development of VamosTV, and has provided Baral valuable insight on growth strategies. He has also been a strategic advisor to several TV networks around the world.  Ricardo holds a BS in Civil Engineering from Villanova University, where he played Division 1 tennis, and an MBA in management and marketing from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania. 

Michelle is a highly effective, goal-oriented international media executive with over 12 years of experience in content acquisition, distribution and sales across the US and Latin America. She is skilled in technical operations, TV engineering and procedure enhancement. Michelle manages our Media Licensing portfolio and deals with our clients and partners on a daily basis, she is a vital link for the production team, assisting and collaborating with directors and producers. She spearheads production and transmissions of AscensoMX soccer games, NCAA basketball & football as well as Davis & Fed Cup tennis competitions to name a few.

Luis R. Baraldi is in charge of all productions at Baral Group. He has produced major sports events like the Olympic Games, Super Bowl, Champions League, Wimbledon and more at ESPN, and is now in charge of Studio Baral where he produces commercials and live events and sports. Luis lives in Delray Beach, and has helped the community thrive guiding all businesses in the area to use video as an asset. Luis played NCAA Division 1 tennis at University of Maryland, Baltimore County and has over 20 years of experience in sports video production.
